- After order is complete, Sipura will process and send a license key via email that is
required to activate the feature .
- This key maybe entered from the Provisioning Tab using the web interface on the
SPA-841.
You will need your SPA-841's MAC address and serial number to complete the order
process.
Your MAC address is visible on from the Sipura label on the underside of your phone.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste it from the info page of your SPA's web GUI
Once License is generated for your phone, no refunds will be given.
You will receive your license key and activation instruction via E-Mail within
two (2) business days.
